AMO is a caterer founded in 2020 by Romain Naquin, specializing in private events, corporate events and large receptions of more than 1000 guests.
We design tailor-made gastronomic experiences that captivate your senses and emotions.
Driven by a strong ambition to shake up the codes of haute cuisine, AMO supports you from the design to the realization of your events.
Our clientele includes major brands such as Apple, LinkedIn, Barclays Bank, Miu Miu, and CW Group. We are proud to have had the opportunity to showcase our designs to the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro, Martin Scorsese, Jeff Bezos, Tim Cook, and Paul Kagame.

Why AMO?
In its early days, AMO Traiteur specialized in Mediterranean cuisine, showcasing fish and Italian flavors.
The name AMO has its roots in the dialect of Puglia, a region in southern Italy: it means "fish hook", a direct reference to the sea and fish cuisine. In Italian, AMO also means "love", a nod to weddings, which represent an important part of our business, but also to the love and passion that drive our culinary approach.
Our submark logo, a nod to marriage.
The submark logo perfectly reflects our mission during wedding services. It symbolizes the transition from one stage of life to another: the closing of a parenthesis, that of the couple, to open a new one, that of marriage and the beginning of a beautiful adventure together.
