ABOUT

AMO, which represents love in Italian and the fishhook in Pugliese language, was founded in 2021 by Romain & Franck, two friends passionate about Mediterranean cuisine with strong family values.

The concept

Offering innovative gourmet cuisine inspired by strong family influences, the two friends, originally from Italy, seek their ideas from their grandmothers' old stoves and bring their recipes up to date by bringing them a particular technical finesse.


The objective is to gather around a table with the aim: to bring together and share, whatever the event.


Franck is the chef, having worked in numerous gourmet restaurants in France. Romain will support you in the design of your events.
